he main external activity organized by the Brotherhood is its annual Procession to the Holy Metropolitan and Patriarchal Cathedral of Seville in the Madrugada (early morning) of Good Friday, with its titular images of Nuestro Padre Jesús de la Sentencia and María Santísima de la Esperanza Macarena, as a means of meditating upon the sentencing to death of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the pain suffered by Our Mother of Hope and thereby obtaining useful insights into our own spiritual lives and achieving our desired reward of sanctification.
In the evening following its Main Institutional Mass, the Brotherhood organizes a Solemn Procession of its Glorious Titular Figure, Nuestra Señora del Santo Rosario.
