Elections in the Brotherhood. Updating data in the census

Dear Brother Macareno:
Through this, I am pleased to inform you that the Board of Governors, pursuant to our Rule XLIX, met yesterday in Council of Convocation for the specific purpose of determining the date, place and time of Cabildo be held Regular elections to elect a new Board of Directors to govern our Brotherhood over the next four years.
To this end, we participate that next Sunday November 10, 2013, at the offices of our Brotherhood, will be held on regular General Elections Cabildo, beginning at the end of the Chapter General Ordinary Account and concluding at 20.00 hours on that day.
The purpose of this is to comply with the provisions in the said Rule XLIX and Article 45.4 of the Rules Diocesan brotherhoods, and inform the brothers Census voting will be exhibited for the information of the Brothers in the Secretariat of our Brotherhood from day 2 until September 21, from Monday to Sunday, 18 to 21 hours, so you can check your personal details (full name, number of national identity, address, date of birth and date high in the Brotherhood) and make claims about relevant consider.
